  • i agree that there should be legislation for drones but as always in this country they kill the opportunity for the industry to grown with to much legislation .How is a start up company supposed to out lay 60000 rand for a drone then another 30000 for a license and probably another 10000 for all the other tests and medicals ect with very little scope at the moment to earn a return on the investment and with foreign film companies requiring there pilots to have a south african license all thats going to happen is they will shoot there movies in alternative locations ,one thing is for sure South Africa will remain third world and fall way behind while the rest of the world prospers in this 20 billion dollar industry .
